My father has had a great experience with Dr. Trung Nguyen. He is getting dental implants, and Dr. Nguyen has not only done great work so far, he has also helped educate me on dental health, in general. Highly recommend.

I highly recommended Dr. Baroudi. She did my gum graft and the results are excellent. She’s a very caring and superb clinician. You’ll be in excellent hands if you find yourself needing a periodontist.

I had a mixed experience at this office. Dr. Baroudi was kind, efficient, and made the procedure itself go smoothly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the billing and administrative side was very frustrating. Before my final check-up, I received an email stating I owed an additional $1,000+ due to insurance estimates, with no prior explanation. When I called, I was told the account manager would follow up, but no one ever did. At my appointment, the account manager couldn’t clearly explain the charges beyond saying insurance coverage changed from 80% to 20%, and I was given incorrect contact information to follow up myself. I also wasn’t able to escalate the issue to the doctor. I understand insurance can be complicated, but the lack of communication, clarity, and follow-through made this a stressful experience. While the clinical care was good, the billing process significantly impacted my overall impression.

Dr. Trung Nguyen is awesome! I was referred by my dentist for periodontal treatment and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Nguyen over other doctors. Dr. Nguyen was professional, very skillful, attentive and friendly. He explained my treatment plan thoroughly, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and calm my dental anxiety before surgery. I was impressed of the personal care Dr. Nguyen provided, especially after surgery, he followed up with a phone call and text which was comforting to me. I'm extremely happy with Dr. Nguyen, I highly recommend him.
